To my valued Spectrum Threads customers and clients:

 

When I created Spectrum Threads in 2021, I never dreamed it would take off as quickly as it did. In 2023, the business grew rapidly, and I was simply unable to keep up. As the company’s sole employee and creator, I found that I have been unable to find a balance of sewing for Spectrum Threads while working my full time career (the one that pays the bills for now).

 

I have initiated refunds for all outstanding orders that have been placed since January 2023, and have halted new orders from the Spectrum Threads private collection while I make some necessary changes to the business in order to be able to function efficiently and with the kind of customer service I want to bring. I sincerely apologize for the delay in my responses to emails and inquiries – I’ve been simply overwhelmed, and I am looking to rectify that beginning today.

 

My hope is that if you placed an order with me in the last year, although I am refunding your purchase amount, to still find the time to create the pieces you ordered and get them to you – not only as a show of good faith, but to get your feedback on the product.

I cannot apologize enough for the delayed responses, and the delay in making the products you have ordered altogether. My sincere hope is that you will bear with me just a little while longer, and shop with me once again once I am in a better position to serve you and our community.
